THE HOUSE:
We offer a home, space and place for activities that create value, organised by youth groups, civil society organisations, community projects, training courses, families, friends:
- youth exchanges, training courses
- sports, dance, media, crafts, language, heritage and environmental protection, and other thematic camps
- volunteer projects, workcamps
- conferences, workshops
- school trips and programs
Income of the accomodation is used for supporting the programs taking place in the house and for maintaining and developing the building. For this purpose the house functions as a hostel and campsite for

THE CREATIVE SPACE NONPROFIT LTD:
Creative Space is realised by a group of friends: young people and youth workers. 100 volunteers helped us in 2010 to re-arrange the building and start the activities. In a few months we renovated the building and started to run it from our own resources. The location, size and atmosphere of the house is perfect for our purposes.
In 2011 another 50 volunteers are joining us to help.
Our aim is to contribute to the personal development of the people taking part in the programs in the house so that they become active, creative and responsible citizens.
ACTIVITIES:
- SPACE: We are creating and running an international center for development, in a way that meets the special logisticsal needs of Hungarian and international groups working with methods of non-formal education.
- CONTENT: We are developing and spreading innovative methods and providing professional support for their use.
- CREATION: We take an active role in the communities in our surroundings, especially in reaching and involving local youth, increasing their social and European mobility. We promote volunteer and internship programs and training courses, provide coaching, cooperate in fundraising and create partnerships, all in order to support the sustainability of the communities.
We pay special attention to sustainability, environmental awareness, integration of less-opportunity groups, providing quality support to the groups in the house on the logistics, service and expertise in non-formal education.
